Access to Your Space Policy
At Polished & Pristine, we understand that inviting someone into your home or place of business requires trust. We are committed to treating every property with respect, maintaining professional boundaries, and handling all access arrangements with care and discretion.
1. Property Access & Entry Arrangements
Clients are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.
Before the appointment, clients should provide any necessary entry instructions, including keys, access codes, lockbox details, gate codes, or other approved entry arrangements.
All access instructions should be communicated securely and in advance to help ensure a smooth arrival and timely start to the scheduled service.
2. Keys, Codes & Security
Any keys, access codes, or entry credentials provided to Polished & Pristine LLC will be handled with reasonable care and used solely for authorized service purposes.
We will take reasonable precautions to safeguard access information and will not knowingly share it with unauthorized individuals.
Clients are responsible for notifying us promptly of any changes to access codes, locks, entry procedures, or other security arrangements before their next scheduled appointment.
3. Client Presence During Service
Clients are welcome to remain on the premises during the cleaning service or make arrangements for our team to access the property independently.
If the client will not be present, all necessary access instructions must be provided beforehand. Our team must be able to enter and exit the property safely and securely.
At the conclusion of the service, our team will follow the agreed-upon instructions for securing the property, including locking doors and returning keys to the designated location, where applicable.
4. Pets, Occupants & Property Safety
For the safety and comfort of everyone involved, clients are asked to notify us in advance of any pets, occupants, restricted areas, or special property access considerations.
Pets should be safely secured when necessary to allow our team to work comfortably and prevent accidental escapes.
Our team may be unable to enter or continue working if access conditions present an immediate safety concern. In such cases, we will communicate with the client to determine the appropriate next steps.
5. Inaccessible Properties & Delayed Entry
If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property because of missing keys, incorrect codes, unavailable entry instructions, or other circumstances within the client’s control, we will attempt to contact the client to resolve the issue.
If access cannot be established within a reasonable period, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Any applicable cancellation or service fees will be handled according to the policies communicated and agreed upon before booking.
We appreciate advance communication regarding any changes that may affect our ability to enter the property as scheduled.
6. Privacy, Confidentiality & Respect
We recognize that every property contains personal belongings, private spaces, and information that deserves respect.
Our team is expected to conduct themselves professionally, respect designated restricted areas, and handle clients’ belongings with care. Access to the property is limited to what is reasonably necessary to perform the agreed-upon services.
We are committed to maintaining appropriate discretion and respecting the privacy of our residential, commercial, and specialty-service clients.
