1. Scope of Services
Each cleaning appointment is based on the services selected, the property’s condition, and the details confirmed during booking or a walkthrough, when applicable.
The agreed-upon estimate or service description outlines the tasks included in your appointment. Services not specifically included in the original scope may require an additional fee or a separate appointment.
2. Additional Requests
We understand that priorities can change, and we are happy to discuss additional cleaning requests whenever possible.
Requests beyond the original scope must be communicated to our team and approved before the additional work begins. Additional services may affect the final price, estimated completion time, or availability.
To help us accommodate your needs, we encourage you to communicate any special requests before your scheduled appointment.
3. Property Condition & Cleaning Limitations
The time and effort required to clean a property can vary depending on its condition, accessibility, and specific cleaning needs.
Excessive buildup, heavy soiling, neglected areas, excessive clutter, or conditions requiring specialized treatment may fall outside the scope of a standard cleaning service.
If we identify conditions that may affect the agreed-upon service, we will communicate with you before proceeding with any necessary adjustments to the scope, pricing, or schedule.
4. Specialty & Specialized Services
Certain services, including post-construction cleaning, move-in or move-out cleaning, and other specialty cleaning projects, may require a separate assessment and customized estimate.
Specialized treatments, restoration, hazardous material cleanup, or tasks requiring equipment or expertise beyond our standard services are not included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
5. Estimates & Changes to Service
Estimates are based on the information provided by the client and the property’s known condition at the time of assessment.
If the actual conditions or requested tasks differ significantly from those originally discussed, adjustments may be necessary. Any revised pricing or additional work will be communicated for approval before proceeding.
