Payment Policy

At Polished & Pristine, we believe in creating a seamless and comfortable experience from the moment you book our services to the completion of your cleaning. Our payment policy is designed to ensure transparency, convenience, and a clear understanding of our payment expectations.

1. Residential Cleaning Payments

Payment for residential cleaning services is due immediately upon completion of the scheduled service, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

We kindly ask that payment be completed promptly following the service to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both our clients and our team.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

For your convenience, Polished & Pristine LLC accepts the following payment methods:

  • Zelle

  • Cash

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Bank transfers

  • Checks

Please let us know if you have any questions regarding payment arrangements before your scheduled appointment.

3. Commercial & Post-Construction Services

Payment terms for commercial and post-construction cleaning services will be established in advance and documented in the applicable estimate, proposal, service agreement, or invoice.

Depending on the scope and requirements of the project, payment terms may vary. Clients are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the agreed-upon payment schedule and due dates outlined in their documentation.

Any changes to previously agreed payment terms must be communicated and approved by both parties in writing.

4. Estimates, Additional Services & Adjustments

All pricing will be communicated to the client before the service begins. If additional tasks or services are requested beyond the original agreed-upon scope, any applicable price adjustments will be communicated for approval before the additional work proceeds.

This ensures that clients understand the cost of their services and can make informed decisions before any changes are made.

5. Outstanding Payments

We kindly ask that all payments be submitted according to the applicable payment terms. If a payment is outstanding, Polished & Pristine LLC reserves the right to follow up with the client to arrange payment.

Future services may be postponed or suspended until outstanding balances are resolved, subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement.

Any additional charges related to late or returned payments will only apply when disclosed and agreed upon in advance, as applicable.
